Staging Packages

One way for you to have an idea of what staging a vacant property will cost in total is approximately less than one percent of the selling price. This is not always the case, but this seems to be a close approximate number.

We recommend you stage the Living Room, Dining room, Great or Family Room, and the Kitchen. If the home style warrants it, you may also want to stage the Master Suite. We always stage the main bathrooms of the home.

We will come to your vacant property and prepare a complete bid for the staging of the property.

Vignettes

We also do vignette staging. This is mini-room design, which gives the room sparkle and personality. The living room, family room, kitchen and bathroom vignettes are approximately $300 per month rental (with a one-time stating set up fee). Examples include:

Marketing Steps:

  1. We receive a consultation request
  2. Meet with property owners
  3. Evaluate the property
  4. Photograph the property
  5. Provide "Top 10 list" to owners and generate a full written report
  6. Deliver written report of property to seller and listing agent.
  7. Re-evaluate home if work has been done either by owners or by Staging Makes $ense
  8. Certify the home as a Staged home.
  9. Place a sign rider in the yard advertising the home has been certified as a Staged Home (see picture at right).
  10. Place the property on National StagedHomes.com Website that receives more than 1.5 million hits per month.
  11. Place the property on our website, StagingMakesSense.com, under our featured properties for sale section.
